SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bowen Toyworld. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and various couriers, depending on your location.  As all deliveries require a signature, we suggest that you use a business address if possible if you are unlikely to be home to accept delivery.  If no-one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left with details of the nearest collection centre from which the parcel can be collected.  Please ensure that you collect your order promptly from the collection centre to avoid it being returned to us.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10 for deliveries of standard items to Australian addresses.  Shipping costs for bulkier orders will be calculated in the shopping cart and added to your order before checkout.  Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your order and your location within Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 – 2 business days.  Shipping times will vary, depending on your location, but will normally be between 3 – 10 business days.
